In addition, everyone can eat it, since it is made in such a way that: it does not contain flour, it does not contain eggs or milk, It is gluten-free and does not add sugar or sweeteners.
200g Chocolate >85% (I have used 90%)
35g nut cream (peanut and pistachio)
1/2 tsp coconut or olive oil
Mix the chocolate together with the oil in a bowl.
Microwave the preparation for a minute and a half at 750-800w. In 30 second strokes, open and remove.
Add half of the melted chocolate into a mold, but only filling it halfway. Put in the fridge and wait for it to solidify.
Remove from the fridge and add the dried fruit cream on top and then the remaining chocolate. Fill the mold to the top.
Put back in the fridge to solidify and consume.
